Why Rana is not returning to Starting Over
To all of the many viewers who watched me as I shared my life’s work on “Starting Over”, thank you for your support. My primary goal on the show was to guide the Starting Over women to uncover the skills necessary to live their lives consciously and to help them love themselves enough to embrace the wonderful spirit each of them is. While pursuing that goal I was also focused on helping the millions of “Starting Over” viewers examine the beliefs, which shaped their lives; and to embrace and accept themselves –mind, body and spirit - in a healthy way. And now, in this present moment, I want all of you to open yourselves to the infinite possibilities available to you. Everyday, you create a new day with your thoughts and your actions. That is what I am doing, continuing to create my life.
“Starting Over” is doing the same thing, continuing to create itself. The show felt they needed to go with someone whom they believed had a larger following and as a result they chose not to bring me back for Season Two. I truly know that everything happens for a reason and will continue to do my work, because it is my calling.
